Crafted from Jingdezhen white porcelain and finished with lead- and cadmium-free glaze, each piece is fired at 1300°C, making it safe for food contact. Every ceramic piece reflects a gentle commitment to the earth.

Daily Care
Hand washing is recommended. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and strong dishwasher cycles.

Temperature Care
Do not pour hot water into the piece directly after taking it out of the refrigerator. Sudden temperature changes may cause cracking.
Not suitable for use in microwave ovens or conventional ovens.

Are love and pain two sides of the same thing? Italian design team ANTIBIOTICO, in collaboration with Jingdezhen ceramic artisans in China, made that question physical with black ceramic cups covered in soft spikes.
These heart-shaped cups are covered in soft spikes — they won't hurt you, but the texture makes you pause. A bit like love itself: tenderness and sting are always tangled together. ANTIBIOTICO creates objects that resonate emotionally, worth collecting. This coffee cup comes in two sizes, for espresso or cappuccino.
Their work is often sold in limited quantities at museum stores like Fotografiska and Wallpaper STORE — not because of scarcity, but because it speaks truths we don't often face directly. The power to love anyway is hidden in the moment you lift this cup each day.
