Delivery & Returns

1.Shipping

We offer both ready-to-ship pieces and pre-order items that are made or finished by hand — each with its own rhythm.

Delivery Times

  • Ready-to-ship: dispatched within 2–4 business days, with delivery in Europe taking approx. 7–15 business days
  • Pre-order: items are offered on a pre-order basis, as indicated on the product page. We collect orders first and then place bulk production or procurement with our suppliers.
    Estimated shipping time: 4–6 weeks (may vary depending on production and logistics conditions).

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email. 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs clearance, or logistics delays. Any updates on your order status will be communicated via email.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping within Europe on orders over €200

At the moment, we ship within Europe only.

2.Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase — we will do our best to assist.


After 24 hours, your order enters the processing phase,  which means cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved:

  • Before processing begins: full refund (including shipping)
  • After processing has started: refund minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g. payment fees, supplier or procurement costs)

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and any refund will be handled under our Returns Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If delivery is refused, the item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our side.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We work closely with independent designers and small-batch makers, and many of our pieces are handmade or produced in limited quantities.They are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it matches our description and meets our quality standards.

For this reason, all sales are considered final once placed. However, if something is not right, we are here to help:

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. 

  • Returns (other reasons)
Returns for other reasons (e.g. change of mind) are not guaranteed and may be accepted at our discretion.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.We recommend using original packaging materials to ensure safe return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if items are returned used, damaged, or improperly packaged.
  • Return costs 
    Return shipping (including tracking and insurance) is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If the issue is due to an error on our side, we will cover return costs.

  • Exchanges 
    Exchanges may be possible depending on availability within the production batch or stock allocation. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be offered instead. 

4. Refunds


Once your return arrives, we’ll review it within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to original method.

Partial refunds may apply if returned items are used, damaged, or incomplete.

5. Before You Order

Each piece we offer carries a story — often shaped by hand, always with intention.

We recommend taking a moment to review the Details & Care section on each product page. Natural variations in color, texture, or form are part of the object’s character, not imperfections.

If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to talk it through.
